What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short version: the site keeps no account, sets no tracking cookie, runs no advertising, and the only personal information it receives is what you choose to type into the contact form.

Reading the site
You can read every page without telling us who you are. The site has no accounts, no analytics script, no advertising and no social-media widgets. Like any website, the servers that deliver the pages keep standard access logs (the address your connection comes from, the page requested, the time, and the browser type) for security and operations. Those logs are kept for a limited time and are not combined with anything else.
The contact form
When you send a message, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you gave one, and the message itself. We use them for one purpose: to read and answer your message. The message is delivered through a form-handling service that we operate for our own sites; it is not shared with, sold to, or used by anyone else, and it is not added to a mailing list. We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterward for our records.
The form includes an anti-spam check provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile). To tell a person from an automated script it processes technical information about your browser and connection and may set a cookie for that purpose. Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs that processing.
Cookies and local storage
The site itself sets no cookies. The anti-spam check on the contact page may set one, as described above. Your browser's light or dark color scheme is read from your system setting and nothing about it is stored.
Children
The site is for business readers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16; if you think a child has sent us a message, tell us through the contact page and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact page and we will answer within a reasonable time. Because the site keeps no profile, in most cases the answer will be the message you sent us and nothing more.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top. We do not send notices about policy changes, because we do not keep a list of readers.
